The High Note Sour
What you'll need
- 2 oz Noteworthy Butterscotch Bourbon
 - 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
 - 1/2 oz simple syrup
 - 1 egg white (optional)
 - Ice
 
How to make it
Shake all ingredients vigorously without ice for 15 seconds to froth the egg white (if using), then add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled glass, and garnish with a lemon wheel.
